Who is responsible?

Information and purpose
The form collects your name and email, plus any event date, location and message you choose to provide. Name and email are needed to answer. The website also stores the submission time, a random reference and a hashed visitor identifier for abuse prevention. Hosting and email services may process connection information such as IP address and browser details. No newsletter signup, advertising profiling or automated booking decision is performed by this site.
Why the information is used
Booking enquiries are processed to take steps you request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Business-contact correspondence and proportionate spam/security controls rely on the legitimate interests of answering professional enquiries and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional saved browser preferences use your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it using the checkbox below without affecting the contact form. Separate legal obligations may apply if a booking becomes a contract or accounting record.
Where your message goes
A private copy is stored by the website hosting service (Sites, using Cloudflare D1). Your browser then sends the form to Formspree, which delivers an email to Giuliano’s Gmail inbox. Access to the website inbox is restricted to the owner. These providers may process data outside the EEA, including the United States. Formspree states that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers; provider privacy notices describe their own processing. Requests to delete information must cover the website, Formspree and Gmail copies separately.
How long information is kept
The website copy has a 365-day retention threshold: older enquiries are deleted automatically the next time the form or private inbox is used, and may remain stored until that cleanup runs. The owner can delete a website copy earlier. Formspree and Gmail copies are separate: they are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed to answer the enquiry, administer an agreed booking or meet applicable legal retention needs. Deleting the website copy does not delete those other copies. Backup and provider security-log retention follows the providers’ policies.
Your choices and rights
Email giuliprandi28@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or—where applicable—restriction, portability or to object to processing. We may need to verify your identity using only necessary information. Requests are normally answered within one month; any permitted extension will be explained. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or your competent supervisory authority. No marketing consent is required to send an enquiry.
Bookings and media
This website is an introduction to Giuliano’s live music services. Sending the form is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation or payment. Any engagement requires separate agreement on the performance and its terms. Copyright in photos, recordings, compositions and other material remains with the relevant rightsholders; the copyright notice does not grant visitors a licence to reuse that material.
